Situated in a unique enclave with breathtaking views of the Sierra de Mijas, this penthouse stands as a retreat where architecture and nature meet, and natural light floods every corner. Every detail has been conceived to convey harmony, elegance, and comfort, creating an atmosphere that invites relaxation and enjoyment.
The comprehensive renovation and interior design focused on bringing the client’s vision to life: a penthouse with a defined, masculine, and contemporary personality. The Power of Black in Design
In this project, we sought a sober and contemporary aesthetic, where black becomes the subtle protagonist of the space. Traditionally associated with luxury and exclusivity, a matte finish brings modernity, depth, and timeless sophistication—all without the need for gloss—reinforcing a sense of control and elegance.
Black is integrated strategically into joinery, profiles, and decorative elements, generating contrast and hierarchy without dominating the overall composition. When paired with warm, natural materials like wood, it enhances textures and balances the atmosphere, creating harmonious spaces with distinct character.
The key was to use it as an accent: with measure and precision, ensuring the sense of spaciousness remained intact. The result is a penthouse with personality, where every choice reflects intent: an elegant, functional, and contemporary interior that never goes unnoticed.
