Situated in one of the Costa del Sol’s most exclusive estates, this terrace is part of a high-end development designed by one of the region’s most renowned architectural firms. Surrounded by lush greenery and offering unique panoramic views of the golf courses, this space reflects the Mediterranean lifestyle: sun, golf, proximity to the beach, and tranquility, seamlessly combining privacy, comfort, and sophistication.

Comprehensive Renovation with Attention to Detail

The original terrace showed significant deterioration: worn-out terracotta tile flooring, aged railings, overgrown vegetation, and planters filled with weeds. The outdated finishes and lack of maintenance created somber corners and a general sense of a dull space, which limited its use and failed to capitalize on the full potential of the sun-drenched Costa del Sol surroundings.

Complete Renovation & Technical Excellence

The intervention consisted of a full-scale renovation, including the replacement of flooring and railings, waterproofing of planters, and a complete landscape refresh, alongside the installation of custom mosquito screens and window protections. A built-in masonry bench is elegantly integrated into the structure, creating a cozy nook to enjoy the views, read a book, or share unique moments.

The lighting design was carefully curated, incorporating indirect lighting at the base of the walls to create a warm, enveloping glow, complemented by accent lighting within the planters to highlight the greenery and create focal points for the evening. Every decision was driven by durability, low maintenance, and aesthetics, transforming the terrace into a bright, functional, and sophisticated sanctuary to be enjoyed year-round.
