Situated on the prime frontline, this three-bedroom apartment offers a unique Mediterranean experience: panoramic sea and mountain views, the ocean breeze, and natural light flooding every corner. Its location allows the sea to become a part of daily life, seamlessly combining comfort, tranquility, and an authentic coastal lifestyle by the Mediterranean.
A Full-Scale Renovation: Maximizing Light & Comfort
The residence underwent a complete overhaul to transform dark, fragmented spaces into a luminous, open, and functional home. The layout was redefined through an open-plan concept, enhancing the sense of spaciousness and creating a seamless visual flow between rooms.
Sea and mountain views were prioritized, fully harnessing the natural light that now bathes every corner of the apartment. Off-white walls, paired with natural wood furniture and bespoke elements in the kitchen and headboards, evoke a sense of harmony, warmth, and timeless elegance.
Key original features—such as the full-home marble flooring, the master bathroom, and select doors—were meticulously preserved and integrated into the new design. This approach maintained the essence and inherent quality of the property while modernizing the spaces and optimizing overall functionality.
